As they say, sometime, it's an inner wish which reflects in art. I have a dream to have a "Ghaagra" (Long Skirt) as my possession since childhood. Long back, One of my maternal cousin sisters, gifted me a beautiful dark green coloured Rajasthani Ghagra from The Treasure Island, New Market. It used to be a "Princess Moment" for me, whenever I wore that piece of beauty😉(i had a pretty good numbers of fans & followers at that time 🙊). The skirt is still there with Maa😍.  Unfortunately, it's was a straight skirt, completely opposite to the one I wanted😢. So, the search remain still on...

||A Happy Story of a Foodie Girl||

Happiness and Satisfaction are two words which occurs together in rare occasions. Yesterday was one such day where an Arabian Delicacy called " Parda Biriyani " was prepared jointly by me and my Mother In Law and it was a super success.  My Mother In Law is undoubtedly an expert biriyani maker and I am a dedicated student of her. I was never a Biriyani Addict, but I get hypnotised by the smell of the freshly cooked Biriyani. Being a foodie girl and married to a foodie family (as well), I can cook atleast 4-5 varieties of Biriyani (if I get all the ingredients). That's quite an achievement 💪 Coming back to the main topic, as I have already mentioned that the Parda Biriyani is an Arabian type of Biriyani, which is also known as Bun Biriyani as the biriyani is cooked inside a Bun. In other words, It's nothing but biriyani stuffed in a homemade Bun. Baking the Bun and the "Biriyani Dum" process will be done together simultaneously. So the process contains two p...
