||A Happy Story of a Foodie Girl||

Happiness and Satisfaction are two words which occurs together in rare occasions. Yesterday was one such day where an Arabian Delicacy called " Parda Biriyani " was prepared jointly by me and my Mother In Law and it was a super success.

My Mother In Law is undoubtedly an expert biriyani maker and I am a dedicated student of her. I was never a Biriyani Addict, but I get hypnotised by the smell of the freshly cooked Biriyani. Being a foodie girl and married to a foodie family (as well), I can cook atleast 4-5 varieties of Biriyani (if I get all the ingredients). That's quite an achievement 💪

Coming back to the main topic, as I have already mentioned that the Parda Biriyani is an Arabian type of Biriyani, which is also known as Bun Biriyani as the biriyani is cooked inside a Bun. In other words, It's nothing but biriyani stuffed in a homemade Bun. Baking the Bun and the "Biriyani Dum" process will be done together simultaneously. So the process contains two parts, 1) Cooking the biriyani and 2) Making The Bun with the Biriyani. It isn't a complicated procedure, but yes, it needs to be very careful, calm and patient to prepare. Oh yes! It can be cooked with easily available ingredients, atleast these ingredients are available in every household who cooks biriyani regularly.
Lastly, what I felt that it's a myth, that you can't have the same taste like a restaurant, if you cook Biriyani at home. Cause according to me, if u follow the all the ingredients and procedure of a particular authentic recipe, it is possible. Biriyani lovers should try this atleast once at home as it tastes and smells heavenly.

For the Recipe, please let me know if needed, then I will write as it's a Lengthy one and I am already in a "Lyadh" Mode 👻
